Property Management Division of Al Sondos Real Estate is established in 2005 with the primary goal of managing properties developed by Al Sondos Real Estate and Al Sondos Property Developers. Later, in 2007, the portfolio of managed properties included other third party investors and owners willing to capitalize on the experience and success of our company.

Today, our team works with a substantial number of clients including companies and private investors by managing over 600 separate tenancies all over Dubai. We have thus gained an extensive track record in property management and wide-ranging experience in the types of management issues that arise throughout the course of ownership.

In addition to stand-alone apartments and villas, The Property Management team set up the management systems for handling towers and communities, one being Al Sondos Apartments located in Dubai Investments Park with 392 apartments.

As the property market has changed substantially over the past 10 years, we have evolved to accommodate the freehold market, with a strong portfolio in Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, The Springs, and many other freehold communities in Dubai.
