CARE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES (CFM) is a member and Facilities Management Division of Al Sondos Holding L.L.C. CFM as an entity was formed in 2009 to provide assistance to AL NASHET GENERAL MAINTENANCE and AL NASHET BUILDING CLEANING SERVICES, members of Al Sondos Holding, operating in the Dubai Real Estate market since 1985.
CFM employs more than 95 highly skilled technical and operational staff – the right mixture of experts to provide wide range of facilities management solutions – including maintenance of MEP engineering equipment and civil infrastructure; and management of soft services, such as security, cleaning, landscaping and others.
Today the company provides full turnkey facility management to properties owned by Al Sondos Holding and its subsidiaries. Our history of managed properties include Marina Mansions Tower (125 units) Al Sondos Tower (88 units), Al Sondos Apartments (396 units), Rafiaa Abdulla Building (24 units), Al Sondos Suites by Le Meridien (116 units), Dar Al Sondos Hotel Apartments (154 units), more than 10 villas and more than 20 commercial offices.
