Due to the relentless efforts taken by the Chairman Dr. Ghassan A. Al Khawaja, the group has made its maiden residential project of 22 Floors in the year 1997 at Shiekh Zayed Road, Dubai.
There after the success story continued in developing a Commercial Hotel Property of 11 Floors at Port Saeed Area, Dubai in the year 2001.
Under the able guidance of the Chairman, the group has embarked on developing a 338 Units of Executive Staff Accommodation at Dubai Investment Park during the year 2006.
With the robust growth in the demand for freehold properties, a 30 storey tower accommodating 120 units was developed and released to the market in the year 2007.
Meanwhile the group has developed some industrial warehouses also to cater to the growing demand in those sectors.
Despite the down trend conditions in the global economy from the year 2008, the group has withered against all odds in developing 5 residential towers and released during 2014 to boast ourselves as Champion in our field.
Currently one high raise residential tower project of 30 Storey at Dubai Silicon Oasis is under progress and 5 low raise tower of 5 Storey is under progress in Dubai Industrial City.
Besides these two projects, the group is endeavouring to develop in the next two years span 8 nos. of middle raise residential towers at Dubai World Central and one 11 Storey tower at Dubai Land Residential Complex.
